As EXO Foundation expands its footprint into North Africa, sustainable community initiatives are taking center stage. In Morocco, a new partnership with Marrakech Green Wheels is championing eco-friendly transport, environmental awareness, and youth empowerment across local communities.
During the month of Ramadan, dedicated volunteers led a Free Bike Repair initiative at two local schools in Marrakech. For many young students, bicycles are not just a leisure activity, but an essential means of transportation for their daily commute to school. The initiative focused on repairing critical components—such as brakes and chains—ensuring safer journeys for dozens of young riders while fostering a spirit of solidarity and community care.
By promoting cycling culture and providing practical maintenance support, Marrakech Green Wheels fosters environmental responsibility, practical life skills, and pride among local youth, ensuring that eco-friendly habits are built from an early age.
